first step: recover.

So you've heard of our Whole Body Cryotherapy Sauna, you've heard us talk about the benefits, but what should you really expect for the first time? What do you wear? How long are the sessions? How cold does it usually get to?

Let's dive in.

1. You can book your session online for any time during the week to ensure the Cryo Sauna is open right when you want it OR simply drop on in.

2. Our CryoTechs will show you the Whole Body Cryo Sauna and give you a mini run-down of what to expect.

3. You'll change out of your cloths (no metal allowed in the Sauna!) and into one of our fluffy RCRC robes (and yes...they're also for sale).

4. We'll give you a) socks that cover your ankles and calves b) super fashionable rubber ankle clogs c) wool warm mittens so that your hands and feet don't get too cold.

5. You'll jump into the Cryo-Sauna, it closes or opens with just a magnet (easy in, easy out!) with our CryoTech guiding you the whole time. You'll be lifted up so that your head is above the vapor. You're welcome to listen to some jams, zen out, or talk with the CryoTech.

Some Cryo FAQs

Each Whole Body CryoTherapy session lasts up to 3 minutes (the Sauna automatically shuts off after 3 minutes). If you've had enough coolness after 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc we can stop the session at any point.

The Cryo-Sauna gets all the way down to -220 degrees...that's a little chilly! There is a method to the frozen madness.

The Cryo-Sauna works by enveloping you in nitrogen vapor as cold as -220 degrees Fahrenheit! In 2-3 minutes, your surface skin temperature lowers by 30-50 degrees. So in additional to stimulating your body's natural healing response, you'll experience a boost in metabolism and a reduction of inflammation and pain!
